My personal journey and how healing helped me I had a challenging start to life which has had a significant effect on how I related to certain people. The walls I had built up to protect myself separated me from my authentic self and others. I felt lost inside and found myself conforming to how others wanted me to be, I believed I was not good enough. I found it hard to trust, I lost my sense of self, self worth, confidence and doubted myself. It has been a healing magical journey back to self, self confidence, self worth, transitioning from fear to unconditional love.

A journey of bravery, challenge, amazing spiritual and emotional growth, freedom, magic, joy, laughter, love and sometimes tears. At all times feeling guided, held and safe within the divines embrace and Alana’s healing modality.
